I’m not seeing (at least here) where he is being unreasonable. Perhaps he has had people offer lower than list and this is just his starting off point? I do not know him and you yourself have only been registered just over a month, so I will be giving the benefit of the doubt. I bet he would take 90 for both if he is actually clearing out.@ztown. No reason for you to come shit on my post. I’m not here to take advantage of anyone and I’m not forcing anyone to buy —- if you don’t like what you see, ask or move on
For the record; it’s been several years since I made some of these purchases and the easiest way for me to come up with valuations was to use the BoozApp.
