WISCO BC – Event #07 2025 – Monday April 28th, 2025 – Ward’s House of Prime – Dinner & Weller Whiskey Tasting

Come join Wisco Bourbon as we enjoy an amazing 4 course dinner and bourbon tasting back at one of our favorite venues. The restaurant is closed to the public the night of the event. Guests will enjoy 4 pours from the Weller lineup from Buffalo Trace. These will include Weller Antique 107, Weller Full Proof, Weller CYPB and Weller 12. Each pour will come out with 1 of the 4 courses on the menu which includes the first course of Roasted Potato and Leek Soup with Frizzled Leeks, 2nd course of Breaded Sazon Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta, topped with Bourbon Cream Sauce, the third course of 65 Day Aged
Ribeye with Bourbon Brown Butter Onions with Duchess Potato & Brussel Sprouts and for the fourth course dessert Candied Apple Bread Pudding. During the event there will also be a drawing for some free Wisco Bourbon merchandise and other whiskey-related items.  Josh, the founder of Wisco Bourbon, will discuss the history of Buffalo Trace Distillery and walk the attendees through each Weller selection as we enjoy the amazing food. The front bar will also be open for any additional cocktails, wine,
beer or additional pours that the guest would like to purchase separately. If there are dietary requests, we will try and accommodate them if needed. Please just message us with those requests prior to purchasing your tickets to make sure they can be accommodated. If you are attending with others and would like to all sit together, please put that information in the notes section when you order the tickets or message us prior to the event. 7 days prior to the event after which no refunds will be given.
