- Come and join WISCO Bourbon as we enjoy our first blind tasting event at the beautiful Ayra’s bourbon lounge in Oak Creek. Upon arrival, each guest will receive a welcome cocktail mixed up by one of the amazing bar tenders at Ayra’s . Each guest will then receive 4 one ounce pours of whiskey one at a time without knowing what they are. We will all sample the pours together, discuss them and then take guesses on what attendees think we are trying. Each guest will be given a cheat sheet showing 16 different possibilities of the pours for the night to give a little insight to what we may be trying with the 4 we are actually trying being 4 of the 16 choices. These “Blind” events beg you to reach deep into your palates and senses to try and determine the proof, age, brand and flavor notes of each of the pours placed before you. These events are a great way to get exposed to different types of whiskey without having to purchase all of the bottles. You also get the opportunity to form an opinion based off of what you are tasting and smelling without the distraction of a label on a bottle. We will supply tasting sheets so that you can write down your thoughts, opinions, and guesses as to what you think it is you are tasting. At the end of the event, we will reveal and discuss each of the pours to see what everyone thought of each of them.

Must be 21 years of age in order to enter the event.
Tickets have no cash value and can not be redeemed for other items.
