Prepare your palate for an evening of mystery and “liquid gold.” On March 25th, we are
heading back underground to the Oaks Lounge, the hidden speakeasy tucked away in the lower
level of Natty Oaks.
This isn’t just a tasting; it’s an exclusive deep dive into the alchemy of Dark Arts Whiskey.
With only 24 seats available, this ultra-private event offers a rare chance to explore
experimental finishes and bold expressions in an intimate, candlelit setting.
The Experience
The night begins at 6:00 PM with a handcrafted welcome cocktail designed by our resident
mixology pro, Liz.
From there, you’ll be guided through a curated flight by two industry experts: Ryan, General
Manager of AVA Wine and Spirits, and Josh from Wisco Bourbon. Together, they’ll pull back
the curtain on the craftsmanship behind Dark Arts’ most coveted bottles.

• Toasted Oak Mizunara Bourbon: A sophisticated marriage of charred oak and exotic
Japanese Mizunara.
• Calvados 8-Year Single Barrel: Rich, apple-forward complexity from French cider
brandy casks.
• Blunt Blend Madeira & Armagnac Rye: A rare, limited-time offering with deep,
vinous layers.
• Toasted Amburana Rye: Bold, spicy, and fragrant—the “cinnamon roll” of the whiskey
